From Artificial to Authentic – Solving the AI Trust Problem

Over 75% of organizations use AI in at least one business function. However, concerns about AI risks persist. The primary issue is the risk of inaccuracy or lack of trust in AI outputs.
Reviewing AI model outputs is crucial for building trust and allowing you to use AI confidently. However, the survey reveals a wide variety of practices. On one end, 27% of organizations review all AI outputs. On the other hand, 30% say they review only a few outputs.
The interesting thing about AI is that we often focus on how it can replace people, rather than recognizing that it needs specific training to do its tasks and isn’t a sole decision-maker.
AI is not like a tenured employee you can entirely rely on to access the right resources, perform well, and give clear explanations that justify their actions or recommendations.
