Rekha Shenoy, CEO at BackBox, brings over 25 years of B2B tech leadership experience. Formerly Chief Product Officer at Syndio and Chief Revenue Officer at Spirion, she drives product development and market expansion in security-centric automation, with prior experience orchestrating buy and sell-side acquisitions, notably at Tripwire and BMC Software.
John Evarts

John Evarts has helped lead several early-stage software companies through significant growth periods in various leadership roles from CFO to President. At BackBox, he is responsible for Sales, Marketing, and Corporate Finance. Most recently, John served as President & Chief Operating Officer at Mediafly, leading go-to-market teams as well as eight company acquisitions. John earned his MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
Chris Williams

Chris has 27 years of Sales & Marketing experience in B2B high-tech software, hardware and professional services ranging from Cybersecurity, Networking, and Industrial Automation. Chris was most recently the Chief Revenue Officer at Cybersecurity start-up Critical Start. Prior to that, Chris was the Chief Commercial Officer at Tripwire and numerous other Sales & Marketing leadership positions at Belden and Rockwell Automation.
Maria Crawford

A seasoned executive with over 20 years of Cybersecurity industry experience, Maria has led various functions including marketing, sales development, digital transformation, and customer experience. She has a proven track record for creating growth and building high performing teams. Prior to BackBox, Crawford held leadership positions at Anitian and Tripwire.
Ben Burge

Ben has 12 years of experience in FP&A. Prior to BackBox, he has held various leadership roles at Alkami Technology, Synacor Inc., and RealPage.
Kathy Schneeberg
VP, HR & People Operations
Kathy leads Human Resources and is focused on building a culture that brings fulfillment and satisfaction for employees. Kathy is a veteran of the high-tech industry and brings over 20 years of executive experience to BackBox. Kathy was previously the VP of HR at PICKUP Now, an on-demand delivery service.

Jim is responsible for ensuring that BackBox has a global customer strategy that drives and influences excellence in every customer interaction. Prior to joining BackBox, Jim was the Head of Customer Success at Jump Cloud where he built a global customer success team responsible for building deep valuable relationships for enterprise customers around the world.

Richard has 33 years of experience in Software Development. He has had roles in designing, building, deploying, and supporting Enterprise Software from the desktop to the cloud.
Amar Ramakrishnan

Amar Ramakrishnan, boasting 25+ years in industry, is a product leader with 15+ years in B2B SaaS. Notable roles include VP of Product at Element Analytics and build.security, both successful startups. Previously, he spearheaded the development of SailPoint IdentityNow, achieving remarkable growth through strategic team scaling and innovation.
