Whats New - 1 - Identify & Track Open vs. Mitigated CVEs@2x

Identify & Track Open vs. Mitigated CVEs

Tracking the status of CVEs manually can be a time-consuming, error-prone process. BackBox simplifies this by allowing you to update CVEs to reflect their mitigated status easily. Additionally, you can add detailed notes for reporting and auditing purposes. This way, it's simpler to distinguish between open and mitigated CVEs across your entire device inventory, all in one convenient location!

Event Driven Automation

As your network environment grows more complex, relying on traditional scheduled automation methods can become inefficient and pose risks. We have made these processes more flexible and responsive by allowing you to easily trigger any automation using SNMP traps or Syslog messages.

Whats New - 2 - Event Driven Automation@2x
Whats New - 3 - Centralized Integration Hub@2x

Centralized Integration Hub

Did you know that we have integrations with ServiceNow and CyberArk? We aim to make our integrations easier to find on the BackBox platform. To achieve this, we are introducing a new page accessible from the left navigation menu highlighting our integration types and partners.

Scaling Job Performance

We continuously seek ways to enhance our platform's performance and reliability — this latest release features general database enhancements and the configuration of sleep timers between automation commands.

Whats New - 4 - Platform Performance Enhancements@2x
