Deal must be referred by June 30, 2024 to qualify. Deal must close by June 30, 2024 to be paid for the BackBox Software US incentive. Referral program payout will be paid at 5% of the total contract value, not to exceed $5,000 in total SPIFF payout. Payment will be calculated based on customer’s first invoice. For example, if a customer is authorized to make annual payments, the first invoice would only reflect the first-year payment obligation.

SPIFF is subject to approval by BackBox Sales Management. All eligible deals must be referred prior to the deal closing. SPIFF may be split by no more than two individuals. Limit of one transaction per customer. The customer must be a new customer to BackBox Software US. Please allow up to 60 days for processing after transaction has been invoiced by BackBox Software US. Large deals, deals with a delayed start date and/or extended payment terms/or annual payments will be reviewed by BackBox Software US Finance to determine when payment will be processed.

By agreeing to these Terms & Conditions, you hereby confirm that, to the best of your knowledge, you are not prohibited, under your employee contract or any other contractual arrangement to promote and receive compensation for promotion and sales of BackBox products under the BackBox Software US incentive program. Payment may be subject taxes, participants in the United States required to fill out a W-9.

If during the period of promotion, circumstances change and you become aware that you are prohibited from participating or receiving a promotion, you will inform BackBox Software US, Inc. without delay as to the nature of specific changes in order to stop said promotion.
